New Jobwatch System in place
After months of implementation we are pleased to announce that today we have gone “Live” with our new Job Management system. Not only will this bring paperless engineer visits to our customer sites, but it will mean our engineers in the field can have real-time connections with our office staff.
Not only will the system benefit our employees but we can also provide a quicker turnaround for customers paperwork, we can monitor our responses to call outs and we are able to provide a more informative approach to job quoting, job history and availability.
On Friday last week we spent the day training our engineers on the mobile app that will become their main piece of equipment for all service and small works visits.
We are looking forward to seeing this new system in action!
