Accreditations renewed
It has been another busy week here at Aspect Fire. Our Compliance Manager Nicola Donnelly has spent two days working with an external Auditor and we have secured our accreditations for another year with no non-conformities.
For the past 5 years our business has been proud to work within the standards of ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS18001 Health & Safety.
Also this year we gained our Safecontractor accreditation
Aspect Goes Live
New Jobwatch System in place
After months of implementation we are pleased to announce that today we have gone “Live” with our new Job Management system. Not only will this bring paperless engineer visits to our customer sites, but it will mean our engineers in the field can have real-time connections with our office staff.
Not only will the system benefit our employees but we can also provide a quicker turnaround for customers paperwork, we can monitor our responses to call outs and we are able to provide a more informative approach to job quoting, job history and availability.
On Friday last week we spent the day training our engineers on the mobile app that will become their main piece of equipment for all service and small works visits.
We are looking forward to seeing this new system in action!

We were pleased to recieve our new FGas Certification certificate which confrms our abilities to carry out Installation, Maintenance and servicing of Fire Suppression Systems.
